At Neo Products, we know that a product is only as good as those who create it. We take pride in the fact that our employees’ have an average number of years in service of 7 years. We employ more than 60 full time associates and 7 temporary associates. And our “open door” policy ensures a satisfying work environment.
PRESS RELEASE
In 1999, Neo Products Corporation celebrated its 20th anniversary in Tennessee by honoring those employees with 20 years of service. Our customer base includes General Electric, Whirlpool, MAYTAG, SUB-ZERO, Frigidaire, Goodyear Abbott Rubber, Cooper Industries, and AMANA Corporation.
- Customer satisfaction is assured through personal contact and fast response to customer requirements
- We encourage our customers to visit our facility at any time
- Employee trips are taken to customer facilities to allow information exchange
- Each manager has a working rapport with our customers
- Managers attend seminars such as the Appliance Manufacturers Conference and Expo to stay abreast of changes in the market
Our major markets include the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil with the United States making up over 98% of the market.

In addition to caring for our community, we care for our environment. At Neo Products, we continue analytical testing of our waste-water to eliminate any risk or adverse effect on the community’s water supply. We conform to the rigorous standards of OSHA and HAZ-COM, and we recycle.
